http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kIpT24LACxw
Working out depends on the kind  of clothes and a good deal on what type of exercise you are doing, the weather and if you are exercising indoors or out. Your personal preferences and budget will also determine what kind of clothes you wear when working out.

If you are working out playing a sport, you will probably be given the right clothes for your needs. Choose sneakers for exercise that are specific for the type of exercise you will be doing. For example, wear running or walking shoes for those activities and basketball shoes if that's your sport. If you're not sure what type of exercise you will be doing or you plan to do several kinds of work outs, wear cross-training sneakers. Go to a shoe store or sporting goods store to be professionally fitted for work out shoes, as it's important to wear well-fitting shoes when exercising,. Loose fitting or stretchy clothes are best for working out. Wear light-colored Clothing summer to keep cool and darker-colored clothes for working out in the winter to stay warm. Stretchy long pants or shorts work well for exercise, as well as T-shirts, tank tops or sweatshirts. Choose clothes that allow your skin to breathe.

Keep safety in mind. Wear reflective clothing if you are running or walking outdoors at night. Wear a helmet and knee pads if the sport calls for it. Workout clothes are not just a fashion statement that allows you to flaunt your style even in the gym. In fact, it is essential to be dressed in the right attire when you hit the gym to let you workout properly. Many people think wearing just about anything will do as in the end, you are left all sweaty. But they need to understand that clothes play an important role in making sure you are comfortable doing your exercises.

RED-LIVING

winefolly.com-Red Wine
Color is much more than a treat for our senses it is also very therapeutic. In fact, many color therapists and spa owners incorporate colors into healing and wellness. It is said that colors have varying energetic frequencies that affect us on mental, emotional and physical levels.

RED is the lowest of the seven colors in the visible spectrum and is known as a warm color. It is stimulating and energizing and therefore it is helpful for tiredness and lethargy, to stimulate low blood pressure, to boost sluggish circulation. NB Red should not be used on anyone with hypertension/high blood pressure since this color increases blood flow. (That is to say as a color treatment)
Red in its most positive sense is the color for courage, strength and pioneering spirit.

Red as a color relates to the base CHAKRA situated at the base of the spine. The organs to which this chakra relates are the kidneys and bladder (The kidneys are formed within the pelvis and here they link with the base chakra energy, although prior to birth they rise to the position in the loins with which we are more familiar). The vertebral column, hips and legs are also areas related to the chakra. The endocrine gland to which this color
relates is the adrenal gland.
Is Warm and stimulating. Used in anemia or whenever you are feeling cold and pale with chilled extremities; also useful for ultraviolet and x-ray, burns, and frostbite. Red is a liver stimulant and counter irritant (to bring internal inflammation to the surface) it contains nutrients such as vitamin B12, acidity.
Red is good for circulation, chronic illness, non-infected wounds, scar tissue, strengthens kidneys, heart, muscles, blood, lungs and bones.

Color medicine can be understood at the level of quantum physics and its biological effects. The healthy person needs full spectrum sunlight plus cosmic rays. The unhealthy person needs additional specific color light. Only the correct color can heal your body.

Using colors well in our homes is a way of creating a balanced environment and influencing our moods and thoughts. Red is a color that raises a room's energy level just as it will do to the human body. Red, the most intense, pumps the Adrenaline like no other hue.

MY EXERCISE MY HEALTH (2)

we are our best, healthiest and happiest when we live in an environment that challenges us regularly, forcing our bodies to adapt in a positive manner to overcome those challenges we are likely to face in the future. Instinctively we know this, thats why we are drawn to physical training and most especially anaerobic exercise for optimum improvement.

ANAEROBIC EXERCISE "without oxygen."
Training anaerobically means applying strength, speed, power, cardiorespiratory endurancebalance and toughness.  Is high intensity muscular activity that lasts for a short period of time. The cardiorespiratory endurance is the level of ability the body has to gather, process, deliver and sustain oxygen to produce energy needed for the successful completion of an activity. This is an important factor to consider when training for performance improvement and fitness excellence. Without it, it becomes difficult to have the energy to perform at your best for long hours. cardiorespiratory endurance can be trained anaerobically because its systems can produce energy at an intensity level where oxygen

is absent. however aerobic training cannot be eliminated from this.
Properly training anaerobically through weight lifting, sprinting and push ups will improve your muscular and skeletal output to optimize your strength. This goes a long way to improve performance in sports, work and everyday life activities.
Oftentimes in sports, a competitor may not be the most skilled or strongest but  may end up succeeding due to an unseen mental strength, physical resistance and iron will. Was the person born with toughness? On this note toughness can be defined as the level of physical and mental ability to do something which may be difficult. Anaerobic exercise requires one to be tough, since exercise of this nature are mostly difficult. One can actually train himself to be tough by not giving up easily, being determined and having the will power and pushing yourself to the limits of your abilities.
  • The fundamental benefit of anaerobic exercise is the prevention of health problems, by strengthening the immune system.
  • It also builds and maintains lean muscles : according to health experts, the loss of lean muscle mass can begin as early as your mid 20s which results in loss of strength, a slower metabolism and decreased functional fitness. This can only be resolved through anaerobic training.
  • It reshapes the body and improves appearance. It gives a strong, toned athletic looking body.
Training anaerobically relies on the use of glycogen for fuel and appropriate for persons with solid fitness level. Hence the bottom line is, if you learn to treat your body well and change your frame of mind when it comes to exercise, you will be making a smart investment in your own future.
